Responsibilities
工作职责
1.Be responsible for all mise-en-place and setups as instructed by your superior in a sense that reflects the highest standards of the hotel.
2.Serve or assist in serving food and beverage items to guests according to the departmental service flow and standards.
3.Provide a complete and satisfying dinning experience to all guests in accordance to the service flow and hotel’s standard.
4.Clean and tidy up your workstation assigned.
5.Carry out weekly scheduled tasks as assigned by your superior.
6.To attend appointed training session punctually.
7.Well study and comply with all the Four Seasons Work Rules and Standards refer to staff hand book.
1.负责使用酒店最高标准,完成上级指示的所有准备工作和大堂吧布置。
2.根据部门服务流程和标准为客人提供或者协助其他工作人员为客人提供餐饮用品。
3.根据酒店服务流程和核心标准为客人提供一个完整并且令人满意的客户体验。
4.打扫并且整理分配的工作区域。
5.完成上级指派的每周计划任务。
6.准时出席指定的培训课程。
7.认真学习并且遵守四季员工手册上的所有工作规范和标准
