工程部技工 Engineering Technician

Responsibilities
工作职责
1.Accomplish maintenance orders timely and offer feedback to Supervisors.
2.Strictly conduct Preventive and Maintenance to make sure the normal operation. Keep a tidy and clean equipment room.
3.Be familiar and acknowledged for hotel service. Understand and be acknowledged in Engineering system and other relevant equipments.
1.按质按量完成接收到及主管安排的维修单并及时反馈。
2.严格执行设备维保制度，保证设备，机房及工作场地干净整齐。
3.熟悉掌握酒店对客服务的要求，以及工程部系统知识并具有较强的实际操作能力。
Preferred Qualification and Skills
优先考虑的资格与技能
1.Be of 2~5 years working experience at the same position as the Engineering Technician in 5-star international hotel.
2.Being calm and patient and be of service passion. Team player. Being fair and responsible. Be passion and love working.
3.Be familiar with hotel HV/AV System and equipments.
4.Learn and know hotel electrical equipments and facilities. Be of good abilities in judgement, re-action to emergency. Be able to run a harmony relationship with PM team and can manage and organize manpower.
5.High school education or equivalent experience. Be of the relevant electrician certificates.
6.Basic knowledge in computer.
1.2~5年于国际五星级酒店同等职位工作经验。
2.冷静耐心，具备服务热情。有强烈的事业心与责任性。具备团队精神.
3.熟悉酒店强/弱电设备及系统。
4.对酒店机电工程设备，建筑设施等有较深了解，具备较强综合分析，判断能力及应急能力，具备协调运行人员关系，合理调配人力及一定的组织能力。
5.高中或以上学历。具备电工证。
6.具备基本电脑操作知识。
