Responsibilities 岗位职责
1. Manages the staff at the Front Desk.
2. Coordinates arrivals, departures and billing requirements with Sales and Catering Department.
3. Assures that all financial and credit procedures are followed.
4. Resolves customer complaints from all areas of the hotel, handling all guest interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism

3. 确保所有财务及信贷程序的处理
4. 解决酒店发生的任何客诉, 以高质量的待客之道及专业精神处理和客人的每一次互动
Preferred Qualification and Skills 岗位要求
1.College graduate or Certificate
2.At least have two years related working experience.
3.Requires reading, writing and oral proficiency in the English language.
4.Good Communications skills and Computer skills
5.Has strong leadership and strong inter-personal skills.
6.Mandarin speaking is a must and work authorization in China is required
1.本科学历及具有学历
2.至少2年以上相关工作经验
3.熟练的英语口语、书写及阅读能力
4.良好的沟通及电脑使用能力
5.优秀的领导能力及人际交往能力
6.能够讲普通话及具备在中国工作的许可
