Offer assistance to CE and DOE on staff management of Decoration team and team operation.
Conduct preventive and maintenance to Hotel furniture and relevant capitals to make sure their being perfect condition. Lead Decoration team on defects recovery.
协助总工程师及工程部总监管理酒店设备及系统日常运作。
制定及落实维保计划，有效保障酒店家具及相关固定资产正常运作并处于良好状态。
