Responsibilities 工作职责
1.The ability to interview, train, schedule, monitor employee performance, discipline for all personnel who report to him/her.
2.The ability to monitor the hygienic standards and mechanical effectiveness of all facilities, report deficiencies as they occur and follow-up.
3.The ability to review all suggestions and comments from guests and make necessary adjustments.
4.The ability to keep accurate and up-to-date records and statistics on the Spa as well as of Spa employees.
5.The ability to be responsible for the administration of goods, requisitions, inventories, storage and cost effective usage of all department related materials and assets, according to Standards to ensure smooth operation.
6.Assist in any area of the spa as may be required due to operational needs.

6.协助处理水疗中心整个区域有可能发生的运营需要。
Preferred Qualification and Skills 岗位职责
1.Possesses excellent Mandarin & Fair/Good English, math and psychometric abilities
2.Excellent guest relations and management skills
3.Creative and innovative in developing new and exciting ideas
4.Possesses aptitude and upward mobility
5.Technical education in Hospitality management is preferred
6.Has 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in a luxury hotel

5.具有酒店管理教育背景者优先
6.具备在奢华酒店2-3年相关工作经验
