About the role
Be responsible for all mise-en-place and setups as instructed by your superior in a sense that reflects the highest standards of the hotel. Serve or assist in serving items to guests according to the departmental service flow and standards. Provide a complete and satisfying experience to all guests in accordance to the service flow and hotel’s standard. Clean and tidy up your workstation assigned. You are responsible for all reservations and ensure correct guest profile information are recorded in a proper way. Carry out weekly scheduled tasks as assigned by your superior. To attend appointed training session punctually. Well study and comply with all the Four Seasons Work Rules and Standards refer to staff hand book.
What you will do
To assist Supervisor in their tasks as well as your subordinates, if they need help. To report duty in a punctual and well-groomed manners in accordance to the hotel’s standards. To execute other job-related duties as instructed by your superior. To arrange all bookings in accordance to guest requirements and operation priority. To ensure cleanliness of public space, contacting housekeeping, engineering as necessary. To respond properly in any hotel emergency or safety situation.
What you bring
Efficiency in your work, to be honest to the guests, superior and colleagues. Have a good attitude and be willing to learn. To have a basic understanding of English and Chinese language.

Flexible.
You will adhere to the working hours of Four Seasons Hotel Tianjin and will follow the government regulation. Combined with the nature of your position, you will be subjected to the Comprehensive Working Hour System.
