About the role
Assist in the kitchen, contributing to the overallsuccess of the outlet, in accordance with corporate F&B guidelines, HotelF&B standards and financial goals.

What you will do
The ability to handling and storage of all detergent and chemicals for cleaning. The ability to ensure that all operating equipment are in good working condition, properly stored and keep good control of par stock. Helps to monitor and enforce hygiene standard in accordance with the hotel requirement. Participate in inventory and breakage prevention control.
