Responsibilities工作职责
1.Plan, organize, control and direct the work of employees in the HotelRestaurant while ensuring guest satisfaction;
2.Control labor and operating expenses through effective scheduling, budgeting,purchasing decisions, and inventory and cash control;
3.Select, train, evaluate, lead, motivate, coach, and discipline all employeesin the Hotel Restaurant to ensure that established cultural and core standardsare met; daily activities and planning for outlet operation.
1.计划、管理、控制及指导餐厅员工,以确保客人的满意;
2.通过计划、预算、采购、存货及现金管理控制人员及运营成本;
3.运用甄选、培训、评估、引导、激励、指导及规范等形式,确保达到文化及核心标准。制定餐厅日常活动及计划。
Preferred Qualification and Skills岗位职责
1. College degree preferably specializing in hotel/restaurant management orequivalent experience is required;
2. Requires reading, writing and oral proficiency in the English language;
3. Mandarin speaking is a must and work authorization in China is required.
1. 相关本科学历,酒店或餐饮管理及厨房相关学历优先考虑;
2. 良好的英语口语、阅读以及书写能力;
3. 能够讲普通话以及具备在中国工作的许可。
