Responsibilities 工作职责
Provides guest services as well as supervision, direction leadership in the Housekeeping Department in accordance with the objectives, performance and quality standards established by Four Seasons Hotel & Resorts and the Hotel
1.To have complete knowledge of the Four Seasons Quality Standards, Service Standards and Group Specifications
2.To have complete knowledge of Four Seasons Programs e.g. Guest History etc.
3.To have complete knowledge of Four Seasons standard operating policies and procedure

Preferred Qualification and Skills 岗位职责
1.Certification in Hotel Management
2.One or Two other elective management courses
3.Minimum 5-year International class Hotel working experiences
4.Display initiatives
5.Commitment to professional values and integrity
6.Able to lead and motivate team
7.Has a reasonable standard of oral and written English
8.Knowledge of one local language
9.Computer literate
10.Laundry experience
11.Financial knowledge
