Responsibilities

1.Providing day-to-to day support to the team
2.Adhere to Four Seasons Core and Culture standards and to achieve / exceed Guest；
1.支持各部门日常运营工作
2.坚持四季核心文化并达到/超越客户需求
Preferred Qualification and Skills

1.Warm, friendly disposition and strong service ethic
2.Ability to manage multiple projects and responsibilities
3.Good communication skills (both verbal and written) in both Chinese and English
4.Self-motivation, with the ability to work autonomously
5.Experience and/or interest in hospitality would be advantageous
