You will be responsible to assist with the efficient running of the department in line with Hyatt Hotels Corporation's Corporate Strategic Priorities, whilst meeting employee, guest and owner expectations. To assist in the smooth and efficient running of the Personnel Department in the Human Resources Division, assisting the Director of Human Resources or Human Resources Manager with the implementation of Hyatt's Purpose throughout the hotel.
最好拥有人力资源管理、人力资源开发、或酒店/旅游管理的本科或专科学历;必须具有良好的解决问题、行政管理和人际交往能力。
Ideally with a university degree or diploma in HRM/HRD or Hospitality/Good problem solving, administrative and interpersonal skills are a must.
