You will be responsible to assist with the efficient running of the department in line with Hyatt Hotels Corporation's Corporate Strategic Priorities, whilst meeting employee, guest and owner expectations. To assist the Front Office Manager in managing the day-to-day operation of the Front Desk at the hotel.
两年前厅部/客户关系副理或领班工作经验;良好的沟通和客户关系技能。维护第三方平台酒店分数并制定行动计划及执行。
Minimum 2 years work experience as Assistant Manager or Team Leader - Front Office / Guest Relations in a hotel. · Well developed communication and customer relations skills. Review OTA guest feedback and working out action plan and execute, ultimately to achieve hotel goal.
