岗位职责
•督促管理当值期间前台接待工作,确保提供优质高效的服务。
•Conducts shift briefings to ensure hotel activities and operational requirements are known 
•管理前台,用敏锐的判断力和决断力对当值期间的突发状况予以迅速解决。
•Manages desk , resolves guest concerns , handles emergencies and other challenges that may occur during the assigned shift . Implements resolutions by using discretion and judgment .
•在当班期间监督前厅部运营情况,包括:
Supervise front office operations during assigned shift including:
•维护客户信息
 Maintenance of guest information
•维护当地活动的信息 
 Maintenance of information about local events
•统计入住情况
 Compile occupancy statistics
•监督公共广播系统的使用
 Supervise the use of he public address system
•监督团组预订情况
 Supervise group bookings
•协助解决严重投诉问题
 Assisting with serious complaints
•在当班期间监督收银活动,包括:
 Supervise cashiering activities during shift including:
•现金处理和银行业务程序
 Cash handling and banking procedure
岗位要求
1.以较强的人际交往能力提高客人满意度。
Interpersonal skills to provide overall guest satisfaction.
2.能快速有效的运用电脑操作系统。
Ability to access and accurately input information using a moderately complex computer system.
3.能有效的用英语沟通交流。
Ability to read, write, speak and understand the English language to communicate   effectively with guests and employees.
4.具有解决问题和组织能力。
Problem solving and organizational abilities.
5.一至两年相关工作经验者优先。
1 or 2 years of related working experience preferred.
