1.确保服务员按照标准与程序完成任务
Ensure all the service attendant to carry out the task according to the S&P
2.遵守酒店的规章制度尽可能的超越客人期望
Comply with hotel rules and regulations to exceed guest expectations as much as possible
3.监督付款情况和每日的结帐工作
Monitor payment status and daily closing
4.监督设备的维护工作
Assist with the maintenance of equipment
5.监督员工行使职责
Supervise the performance of employees
6.监督餐厅服务
Supervise restaurant service
7.协助会议团队
Assist conference team
8.根据食品的选择调整餐具和玻璃器皿的搭配
Adjust cutlery and glassware to suite meal choic
9.熟悉酒水知识
Good beverage knowledge
10.酒水服务知识
Good knowledge of Well know the beverage service
11.准备并为客人提供饮料和酒水
Prepare and serve drinks to guests
12.管理采购/存货控制与采购经理/宴会经理配合
Manage Purchasing & Stock Control in conjunction with the Manager
13.按照存货控制程序处理和储存存货
Handle and store stock according to stock control procedures

Knowledge of hotel conference and catering

Good service ability

5.一年以上其他五星酒店同职位的工作经验
At least one year working experience in the same position in other five-star hotel
