1、Maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of the Hotel Common Areas, Public Areas and Back of House Areas to achieve a level of comfort and satisfaction that exceeds external and internal customers’ expectation.
保证公共区域的清洁、有序,提供令住客满意、舒适的公区环境;
2、Ensure cleaning schedules are completed in a routine and timely manner.
确保规律而及时地完成清洁进度表;
3、Respond to emergencies effectively and efficiently
对紧急事件的发生做出有效地处理;
4、Liaise with Housekeeping Supervisor in relation to chemical usage, problems or rectification suggestions.
当涉及化学药剂的使用、存在的难题或者改进建议须与客房部主管联系;
5、Complete tasks as directed by Management.
完成管理层指派下来的其它任务。
