· Deliver Food and Beverage service of high standard and in accordance with departmental standards and procedures

· Develop departmental standards and procedures to promote salesmanship, beverage creativity and profit

· Communicates to his/her superior any difficulties, guest comments and other relevant information

· Prepares for service by ensuring the department’s:

o Grooming is impeccable and in accordance with ICHG personal presentation standards

· Carries out effective service by ensuring all staff are aware of their role in

o Proficiently operate espresso machines and grinders; precisely execute espresso extraction and milk steaming to produce high-quality espresso-based drinks and hand-brew coffee.
o 熟练操作意式咖啡机及磨豆机,精准完成Espresso萃取及牛奶打发,制作高品质的意式咖啡及手冲咖啡
o Perform daily cleaning, basic maintenance, and calibration of equipment (machines, grinders, etc.) to ensure optimal working condition.
o 负责咖啡机、磨豆机等设备的日常清洁、基础养护与校准,确保设备处于最佳工作状态。
o Provide warm and professional customer service, offering expert coffee consultations and recommendations while communicating the brand’s coffee culture.
o 热情接待顾客,提供专业的咖啡咨询与推荐,传递品牌咖啡文化。
o Manage bar inventory preparation, stock taking, display maintenance, and cashier duties.Making and presenting cocktails
o 负责吧台物料准备、库存盘点、陈列维护及收银工作。
o Maintain cleanliness of the bar area and dining space, strictly adhering to food safety and hygiene standards.
o 保持吧台及用餐区域的整洁,严格遵守食品安全与卫生标准。
· Patron care standards are adhered to by ensuring:
· 通过确保以下方面遵守宾客服务规范:
o Guests are advised on alcoholic beverages
o 给予客人有关酒精饮料的建议
o The strengths of alcohol is advised and guests are advised as to their effect
o 告知客人酒精强度,并告诉客人对他们的影响。
o Compliance with legal provisions of local liquor codes
o 遵守法律规定和地方酒精饮品条例
o Level of intoxication of guests is assessed and appropriate action taken
o 评定客人的醉酒程度并采取必要的措施
o Advise guest on the hotel’s policy of smoking
o 通知客人酒店的吸烟规定
o Monitor factors which interfere with the total experience of the guest
o 监测影响客人总体体验的各方面工作
· Take appropriate action to resolve guest complaints
· 正确处理客人的投诉。
· Requisition bar items according to bar stocks
· 根据酒吧存货量领取酒吧物品。
· Train bar attendant, wait help and bus help in basic beverage knowledge and beverage service
· 为酒吧侍应生提供基本的饮料知识和饮料服务的培训。
· Works with Superior on manpower planning and management needs
· 和上级领导一起进行人力规划和管理需求。
