Job Description 岗位职责：
(1)All Butlers shall review allarriving guests needs and preferences located in GuestHistory.
熟知所有预抵客人客史里的需求与喜好;
(2)Through large amounts of info obtained by alldepartments and consolidated in GuestHistory, provide fast and efficient service to all guests.
通过来自所有部门的大量信息和统一合并输入客史的档案，对所有的客人提供快速有效的服务;
(3)Butler shall inspect assignedguest room and ensure everything in the room is ready foroccupying.
专职管家需检查已排定的客房并确保客房已为客人入住做好准备;
(4)To maintain The Brilliant standard of professionalism,courteously and excellent service to allguests. Though proper training of speaking.
保持柏联的专业标准、周到的服务及为所有客人提供优质的服务。
Quality Required 任职要求：
(1) Excellent service customerconsciousness
具备良好的服务意识；
(2) Fluent in Englishspeaking, listening and writing
具备良好的英语听、说、读、写能力;
(3) Strong will to become oneof us and make a contribution
具有良好的团队合作精神和沟通协调能力；
(4) 2-yearworking experiencein five-star hotels as a clerk in F&B,HSKP or FO
具有五星级酒店餐饮、客房、或前厅2年以上相关工作经历；
