· To process
of all reservations inquiries, booking and customer service requests in an
efficient, accurate manner, responsible for the execution of strategies in
relation to inventory control and selling
处理所有预订查询，预订及客户服务需求，以高效、准确的方式进行所有预订的查询、预订和客户服务要求，负责房态控制和执行相关的销售策略
PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES 主要职责
With proper telephone etiquette, answer all
incoming calls within 3 rings with a smiling tone of voice
使用恰当的电话礼仪，以微笑的声线在3声铃响前接听电话
Handle all faxes and email in regards to
reservations and reply in a timely manner
处理所有的传真和电子邮件，并及时的保留和回复
Accepts reservations according to the room
situation and availability
根据房间状态去接受和处理预订
Know the product well including facilities,
packages, promotions daily events and activities.
熟知酒店产品包括：酒店设施设备，推广套餐，每日促销活动
Carr Maintain updated guest history profile
and link such information to respective reservations.
维护更新客史档案，并将这些信息保存和链接到预订中
Maintain accurate filing system in an
organized and systematic manner.
以有条理有系统的的方式，准确进行文件归档
Check all expected arrival bookings to ensure
information are accurate and most updated.
核对所有预期到达的预订，以确保预订信息准确无误
Carry out further duties as and when required
or assigned by Reservations Supervisor
在需要时履行其他预订主管要求的职责
Perform any duties assigned by the Management deemed necessary.
执行任何管理层委托的工作。
