职位描述
Responsibilities/主要工作职责
· Understand Hilton Hotel’s marketing strategy, Sales & Marketing Plan, Budget and Goals.
懂得希尔顿酒店市场策略, 营销计划, 预算和总目标.
· Understand and follow the hotel SOP, and make sure all section staff follow as well.
懂得和跟踪酒店SOP, 以确保所有部门员工也能跟踪
· Ensure all section staffs have efficient administration in office procedure and smooth operation of the sales office system.确保所有员工在办公室过程中得到有效的行政管理,销售部门系统得到顺利操作
· To guide the section’s Sales Managers, Assistant Sales Managers and Sales Executives to contact potential accounts and ensure proper servicing of the accounts.
引导部门销售经理,销售副经理和销售主管联系潜在客户, 并确保给予其服务。
· To meet decision-makers all key accounts in hotel, and FAM groups for inspection and close the sale.
视察和紧密联系酒店内关键的决策人和重要客户, 以及FAM 团队.
· To oversee the development of confirmed business through communication with subordinates and greet/ meet clients when they are in-house.
· 监督取得确认的业务发展, 通过与下属沟通,当客户在酒店内部时候,要问候/迎接客人
· To conduct sales call and sales activities to ensure achieving target performance.
进行销售拜访和销售活动,保证销售目标的完成。
· To make recommendation and give suggestion on marketing programs/ campaigns that will impact the market place.
营销项目建议/ 活动.(对市场有极大影响的)
· To look after the orientation program and on the job training at all sales team members.
照顾新生训练和所有销售团队成员在职培训.
· To handle and find out key volume accounts personally, and for the hotel as well.
处理酒店和发现重要客户
· To prepare activity plan and summary.
准备活动方案和摘要.
· To assist in the marketing plan and budget preparation.
协助营销计划和预算准备工作.
· Attend the Sales daily briefing and Business Development meeting.
参与每天销售简会和商务发展部会议.
· To lead attend frequent market survey
引导参加日常的市场调查
· To submit sales report and plan upon request.
提交销售报告 和根据要求的方案
