Position Summary职位概述
Under the general guidance and supervision of the Director of Sales, Senior Sales Managers, in coordination with the Director of Business Development, implements all sales activities in his/her area of responsibility, and assist Sales Manager handles groups less than 10 guestrooms, as well as the catering in house.

1. Implements all sales action plans related to his/her market area as outlined in the Marketing Plan.

2. Establishes and maintains files on major active accounts within his/her market areas.
与负责市场区域的客户建立良好关系,维持客户资料的更新。
3. Promotes and produces sales leads for other Hilton hotels.

4. Provides feedback to the Director of Business Development/Director of Sales/Senior Sales Managers/Sales Managers on changing marketing conditions, including trends in the competition, as a result of direct sales solicitation, telephone and direct mail, in his/her market areas.

5. Assist sale manager to conduct hotel inspection for all walk in, meeting group and contracted clients and plan next step for future follow
协助销售经理负责所有散客、团队以及协议客户参观酒店并制定后期跟进计划。
6. To meet and welcome some top key accounts, group organizer and VIP guests upon check-in.
在主要客户、团队负责人及贵宾到店时欢迎其光临或入住酒店。
7. Disseminates sales related information to other departments as appropriate.

8. Attends all pre-conference meetings, as required, arranged by the Banquet Sales Department and assists in the preparation of post-conference reports.

9. Performs all duties and responsibilities in a timely and efficient manner in accordance with established hotel policies to achieve the overall objectives of the position.

10. Establishes and maintains effective team member relations.
