Position Overview：
职位描述：
Is responsible for the repair and maintenance of all ACsystem in Resort. Heating and air-conditioning systemscontrol the temperature, humidity, and the total air quality in all guestrooms.
负责修理和维护度假酒店的空调系统。所有客房的暖气和空调系统温度、湿度和空气质量的控制。
The Role；
岗位职责：
1. Complywith the Resort operating standards, P&P and guideline to perform tasks.
遵从度假酒店的运营标准、P&P政策和程序，及指导方针去执行任务。
2. Instruct and lead AC technicianduring supervisor absence.
在主管缺席时指引和领导其他空调工。
3. To keep and maintain records on thelog book everyday.
每天保持工作日志的记录。
4. Daily inspection and following thework orders as scheduled.
每天按计划检查并遵照维修申请单。
5. Trouble shoot and repair heating andcooling system by using the right tools.
使用正确的工具寻找暖气和冷却系统的故障并解决问题。
6. To ensure the log book is wellprepared and handover is properly done before off duty.
确保做好值班日志并在下班前做好交接工作。
7. Identify defects in component aswell.
识别零配件的缺陷。
8. Handle maintenance request.
处理维修申请单.
Talent Profile：
职位要求：
Education 学历: High School and above.
高中学历以上。
Experience经验: 1 yearabove experience or newly graduate from university.
要求1年以上工作经验或者大学应届毕业生。
Licenses orcertificates证书: Special operation certificate (Electrical operation)
特种作业操作证（电工作业）/
Special operation certificate(Refrigeration operation)
特种作业操作证（制冷作业）
Grooming 仪容仪表: All employees must maintain a neat, clean and well groomedappearance (specific standards available). 所有员工必须保持整洁干净的形象。
Other 其他: Basic English, StandardChinese. 基本英文，普通话。
