Position Overview
The Spa Therapist main responsibility is to perform quality Spa treatment services to guests / visitors and members in a timely, courteous and efficient manner. Escorts guests to and from treatment rooms, attending to their every need throughout their Spa visit. Proactive and passionate in delivering treatment rituals to all guest for everlasting memories
水疗芳疗师的主要责任是以彬彬有礼、省时高效的方式为客人/访客和会员提供卓越品质的水疗服务。迎来送往到访水疗的客人，包括带领客人去理疗房、满足客人的需求。杰出的服务不仅仅来自于积极主动、热情周到，还要能够为所有的客人创造永久难忘的回忆。
The Role
Full working understanding of Spa Vision and Mission, SOP(s)
完全理会水疗的愿景和使命，还有SOP运营操作标准
Perform and explain all treatments and products used in the spa menu
执行并解释水疗菜单上的所有护理项目和所用的产品
Handle and maintain the quality and quantity of amenities, linens, beverages and all accessories in treatment room.
负责并保持理疗房里用到的产品、布草、饮品和所有配件的数量和质量
Handle and maintain cleanliness and organization of treatment rooms and pantry’s.
保持理疗房和工作间的卫生清洁和物品的整齐摆放
Assist and guide guests to the necessary stations prior to any services scheduled
在服务未安排妥当之前协助并指引客人到指定的区域就坐
