The Role
岗位职责：
Toimplement work post responsibility, safetyregulations in strict accordance withsafety operation procedures, avoidingequipment and personal safety accidents.
贯彻执行岗位责任制、安全责任制，协助机修工程师督促检查下属员工严格执行安全操作规程，确保设备及人身不发生安全事故。
To makesure the normal operation of drainagesystem, all kinds of equipment, andkitchen equipment.
确保给排水系统及各种机械设备、厨房设备的正常运行。
Inaccordance with the provisions ofmaintenance system, assisting MechanicalEngineer in making maintenance plans.
协助机修工程师按照维修保养制度的规定，制订维修保养的计划。
To promptlyorganize technicians to fix themachines in the shortest time once they getfailure.
设备系统出现故障，要及时组织人力进行抢修，以最短的时间恢复其使用功能。
To assistMechanical Engineer in techniciantraining and assessment.
协助机修工程师做好下属员工的技术培训和工作考核。
Toestablish and manage technical files, makemaintenance, inspection and record ofequipment, be good at summing upexperience and lessons, and make gradualinnovation with the new technology andnew process, ensuring equipment systemmore perfect.
做好技术档案的建立、管理和设备维修、检查、保养记录工作，善于总结经验教训，逐步用新技术、新工艺进行改造，使设备系统更加完善。
To assist MechanicalEngineer in making plans for required materials and spare partprocurement.
协助机修工程师做好所需材料和零配件的采购计划。
Supervisionprogram given by MechanicalEngineer or Department Head.
实施机修工程师或部门领导安排的检修项目。
Talent Profile
岗位资质：
Experience in a luxury hotel is anadvantage
有奢华酒店经验优先
Mechanics-electrics major from technical school. 5 years in hotel mechanical jobexperience.
职业技术学校机电专业毕业，5年以上酒店机修工作经验。
Licensesorcertificates证书:Special operation certificate (Electrical operation)
特种作业操作证（电工作业）
Maintain aneat, clean and well-groomed appearance (specific standards available).
