3.通过保持与其负责区域客户的联系来进一步提高酒店的知名度。
4.保存和更新销售记录。
5.监督下级员工按时完成当日所有工作。
岗位职责:
Monitor and evaluate local, national and international market trends, and the competitors’ sales initiatives, in order to ensure the positioning of the Resort competitive and cutting edge.
监控并评估本地、全国和国际市场趋势,以及竞争对手的销售活动,从而确保酒店的定位创新并有竞争力。
Monitor marketing requirements and opportunities to assist market segment growth; analyses and execute online and offline wedding marketing opportunities.
通过监控市场需求和机遇来协助市场的增长;分析并执行线上和线下的婚礼市场机会。
Plan and execute sales activities based on business priorities; undertake sales call, sales blitz, sales trips, inspections, familiarizations and entertainments as required.
根据业务重心计划并执行销售活动;进行销售拜访、销售差旅活动、酒店考察、客人宴请活动。
Participate in the preparation of Annual Commercial Plan. Achieve business goals budgeted in Annual Commercial Plan.
参与准备年度商业计划。并达到年度商业计划中的预期目标。
Enhance detailed product knowledge of the Resort facilities and service; ensure all employees maintain an updated awareness of the Resort product knowledge, sales and marketing promotions.
加强酒店设施和服务相关的产品知识;确保所有的员工了解更新的产品知识和市场销售推广。
Ensure the punctuality and appearance of sales and marketing team in professional manner; ensure the correct uniform or business attire during all internal and external sales and marketing activities, according to the Resort and department’s grooming standards.
确保专业准时的形象;根据酒店和部门的仪容仪表标准,确保在对内和对外的市场销售活动中维持专业的职业形象。
