【Job Description】
1、Keeps operations team focused on the criticalcomponents of operations to drive guest satisfaction and the desired financialresults.
2、Ensures that alloperational areas have an atmosphere that is conducive to the overall guestexperience.
3、Reviews financial reports and statements todetermine how Operations is performing against budget.
4、Ensures capital expenditure funds are beingused to address the priorities outlined in the service strategy.
5、Works with direct reportsto determine areas of concern and establishing ways to improve the departments’financial performance.
6、Strives to maintain profit margins withoutcompromising guest or employee satisfaction.
7、Identifies and analyzes operationalchallenges and facilitates the development of solutions to preventreoccurrence.
8、 Coaches and supports operations team toeffectively manage occupancy & rate, wages and controllable expenses.
9、Reviews the Wage Progress Report and comparesbudgeted wages to actual wages, coaching direct reports to address problemareas and holds team accountable for results.
10、Develops an operationalstrategy that is aligned with the brand’s business strategy and leads itsexecution.
11、Makes and executes key decisions to keepproperty moving forward towards achievement of goals.
【Job Requirements】
1 、Master’s or Bachelor’sdegree in Business Administration. A degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Managementor similar preferred.
2、 Ten years or more of progressive managerialexperience in a leading resort/ hotel or residential with exposure in a luxurylifestyle brand
3 、Strongcommunicator, exhibits exceptional leadership in motivating and exertingpositive influences, resulting in positive relationship with colleagues.
4 、Rooms background, overseethe entire hotel operations, rooms, F&B, Spa, Recreations, Security.
