Job description 工作职责:
1、全面负责酒店联盟渠道与本酒店收益管理,统筹定价、房量、渠道、预测及团队业务策略,联动集团与联盟伙伴实现RevPAR、ADR 及市场份额持续提升,保障酒店收益优化
Overall responsible for hotel cluster channel and overall hotel revenue management, manage pricing, inventory, distribution, forecasting and group business strategies, cooperate with the Group and cluster partners to continuously improve RevPAR, ADR and market share, and maximize hotel revenue.
2、收益策略与预测|Revenue Strategy & Forecasting
制定周 / 日预测与动态定价,优化客源结构与房量管控,确保旺季溢价、淡季转化,达成收益目标。
Develop weekly/daily forecasts and dynamic pricing, optimize market segment mix and inventory control, ensure high-season premium and low-season conversion to achieve revenue goals.
3、渠道与价格管理|Channel & Rate Management
统筹集团、联盟、OTA、GDS 等全渠道价格一致性与房态同步,分析渠道效能,提升高收益渠道占比。
Manage rate parity and inventory synchronization across Group, cluster hotels, OTA, GDS and all channels, analyze channel performance and increase high-yield channel ratio.
4、团队业务管控|Group Business Control
审核团队房价与房量,管控预留、截单、洗房及免升 / 免房,确保收益优化。
Review group rates and rooms, manage blocks, cut-off dates, wash-down, upgrades and comp rooms; strictly control yield discipline for revenue maximized.
5、市场与竞品分析|Market & Competition Analysis
监控市场趋势、竞品房价 / 入住率 / RevPAR,输出分析并制定应对策略。
Monitor market trends, competitor’s rate, occupancy and RevPAR, provide analysis and develop counter strategies.
6、跨部门协同|Cross-department Collaboration
协同销售、前厅、预订、财务等落地收益策略,主持收益例会,推动 Upselling 与转化。
Cooperate with Sales, Front Office, Reservations, Finance to implement revenue strategies, chair revenue meetings, and drive upselling and conversion.
7、系统与数据|System & Data Management
维护收益管理系统,确保数据准确,按时输出日报、周报、月报。
Maintain revenue management systems, ensure data accuracy, and prepare daily, weekly and monthly reports on time.
任职要求|Requirements
大专及以上,流利中英文读写说|College or above, fluent in English (written & spoken)
5 年以上国际奢华品牌/度假酒店收益管理经验|5+ years revenue management experience in international luxury/resort hotels
精通动态定价、渠道管理、预测与房量管控|Proficient in dynamic pricing, channel management, forecasting and inventory control
强数据分析、决策力与跨部门协同能力|Strong data analysis, decision-making and cross-departmental coordination
