DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
工作职责
Assists in preparing food stuff for cooking.
协助为烹饪所需食品原料的准备工作。
Does simple cooking such as frying, roasting, broiling, steaming etc.懂得简单的烹饪方法,煎,烘烤,蒸等。 Set up mise-en-place.准备每天的准备工作。 Washes and cuts food items.洗和切割所需食品品种。 Portions food items on serving platters, and adds dressings, trimmings, garnishes, gravies, sauces to fill order according to recipes.
正确按配料单加工食品等添加调味汁,装饰,配料,肉汁沙司等。
Removes food products from containers, arranges and decorates platter with fruits, paper dollies, paper cups, etc, as per our standard recipes.根据我们的标准来撤走食品,用纸杯,花垫纸级水果,准备装饰盘子。
Cleans and maintains working areas, equipment, utensils and cold rooms.清洁,维护工作区域,设备,器皿以及冷房。 Performs other duties that may be required of him.根据要求完成其他任务。
任职资格:
1、18—40岁,普通话流利;
2、身体健康,反应灵敏;
3、踏实肯干,做事认真负责;
4、服从领导管理,为人友好和善。
5、中西厨房厨工,有无经验均可,需要爱好服务行业工作,喜欢厨房工作!
工作时间:8小时
