· Follow relevant regulations strictly to ensure the A/C, fridge equipments’ normally running.
严格遵守有关规章制度确保酒店的空调、冷库、制冷机等设备的正常运行。
· On duty person must execute strictly the operation procedure to prevent accidents.
当班人员要严格执行各项操作规程，防止事故发生。
· Keep daily running record of A/C equipments according to the arrangement of the supervisor.
· 根据主管的安排认真做好每日的空调设备运行记录。
· To do the maintenance of the equipments according to the working plan. Make detailed record regarding on the repairing and maintenance.
按照工作计划完成对设备的维修保养。并作好相应的详细的记录。
· Ensure the equipments to run economically in working.
在工作中保证设备的经济运行。
· Daily patrol must be executed strictly to eliminate insecurity factor and solve the defect & problem timely.
认真执行日常巡检，消除不安全因素，及时排除故障。
· Maintain the working area in good condition in terms of neatness & orderliness.
保持工作场地的整齐整洁。
· Accept other assignments instructed by the duty engineer and supervisor.
随时接受值班工程师和主管安排的其他工作。
· To keep good care of drawing, tools & establishes used on duty.
保存好当班所用的图纸、工具和设施。
· Follow concerned fire fighting regulation of the hotel when use the fire to weld.
动明火焊接工作时，必须遵守酒店有关消防规定。
· Provide good service at all times.
随时随地提供良好的服务。
· Pay attention to the dressing and wearing when entering the guestroom.
注意进入客房维修保养时要注意仪表仪容。
· Make detailed record regarding on the work completed or not completed in working hours when shift handover.
交接班时要详细记录工作情况。
· Try to improve comprehensive technical competency base on specialized trade, and accomplish the carpenter, painter and mason work in accordance with the request.
根据自己所专长的工种，努力提高自己的综合技术能力，按照要求完成木工、油漆工、泥工的基本工作。
· Responsible for repair and maintenance of carpets and wall paper in the property
负责酒店地毯和墙纸的维修和保养。
· Try to finish repair work on lock, door closer, door, window, hardware and glass as possible as it could be when carrying out repair and maintenance work in PA and guestrooms.
在酒店的公共区域和客房维修时尽可能完成锁、闭门器以及门窗、五金件和玻璃的维修工作。
· Try best to keep the work scene tidy during the process of carrying out repair and maintenance work, especially try best not to disturb the guests in PA or the guestrooms in order not to receive complaints.
在维修保养的过程中尽量保持工作场地的整洁，特别在公共区域和客房中尽量避免打扰有关客人，以免受到有关投诉。
· Pay close attention to fire prevention on work scene, and Painting Workshop and carpenter workshop is key fire prevention area. The fire control P & P must be implemented strictly.
特别注意工作场地的防火，油漆间及木工工作间是重点防火区域，必须严格执行有关防火规定。
· Specialized tools and other tools & equipment should be used and kept well, especially preventing the occurrence of accidents when using carpenter machine.
合理使用和保管好专用工具和其它工具设备，特别是使用木工机械的时候防止事故发生。
· To perform other tasks assigned by Duty Engineer and concerned supervisors
随时执行值班工程师和有关主管安排的其它工作任务。
· To take records of all work content, work time every day with supervisor or captain’s signature for future inspection
每天要记录好所有的工作内容、工作时间，并有领班或调度签字以备检查。
· Upon finish the work in the guestroom, all staff must ensure cleanliness, neatness for the maintenance access, floor and guestrooms
所有员工进入客房工作后，要确保客房检修口、地面和整个客房的干净、清洁、有序。
· To ensure the cleanliness and neatness for plant rooms
要保证工作间的整齐整洁。
· To implement concerned P & P strictly, and provide with good services any time.
严格执行有关制度，随时提供良好的服务。
· Strictly prohibit using guest facilities and amenities
严禁使用客用有关设施。
