1. Follow all company policies and procedures.

2. Responsible in achieving the Catering andBanquet sales objectives and revenue goal of the hotel.

3. Develops strong rapport and builds businessrelationship with local customer base through sales and customer interviews.

4. Assists the Director of Event Booking Centerin the development of Sales & Marketing plan and in budget preparation.

5. Manages and administers the Catering andBanquet sales department to ensure smooth operation and all daily tasks arecompleted according to standard and in time.
