1. Carefully record theimportant status that happens on duty, such as fire alarm, gas alarm,complaints of other depts. or guests and whether the work need to be followedup by the next shift.
认真记录当班发生的重大情况,如火警、煤气报警、部门和客人的重要投诉,及是否需下一班跟进等内容。
2. When ENG or other depts.call the duty engineer, he must reply ASAP. To other depts.’ complaints, theduty engineer should give quick and proper answer. If the problem couldn’t besolved immediately, he should tell them the approximate time needed.
本部门或其他部门呼叫工程师时,必须尽快回电话,对其他部门的投诉要做出较快适宜的答复,不能立即解决的要告知大概所需时间。
3. Never answer “I don’tknow”, “I’m not sure” or “It’s none of my business” etc. to the guests’ orother depts. The duty engineer must give a reasonable explanation.
不能对客人或其他部门回答:“不知道,不清楚,这不是我的事”等,必须给对方一个较为合理的解释。
4. Carefully calculateevery kind of energy when on duty and make records in HLP form. Recheckassociates’ data records and report the error in time.
当班时应认真核算各项能源,并输入电脑能源表格,对员工纪录的数据要进行复查。发现数据异常及时汇报。
5. To some importantevents, such as fire alarm, power cut, water breakout, gas alarm or elevatorproblem, the duty engineer must solve the trouble himself.
对当班发生的重大事情,如火警、停电、跑水、煤气报警、电梯故障,工程师应亲自到现场解决。
6. Duty engineer shouldpatrol the guest public areas (lobby, restaurant etc.) at least once a shift andmake records.
工程师当班时应对客用公共区域(大堂,餐厅等)进行巡视(每班至少一次)。发现问题应在工程师巡视记录本上记录。
7. During the patrol,if the problems were caused by the department, report to its manager, orsupervisor, foreman (if the manager isn’t in), and then report to ChiefEngineer.
在巡查过程中,如果问题是由部门引起的,则向其经理或主管、领班(如果经理不在),向总工程师报告
