1. Manage and supervise the Front Office associates grooming are up to hotel standard all the time.
管理和监督所负责分部员工的仪容仪表。
2. Ensure Guest Service team is positively affecting GSS scores for Problem Experienced by resolving guest issues timely, effectively, and professionally while hotel interest is observed.
确保宾客服务团队通过及时、有效、专业地解决宾客遇到的问题,同时保留酒店权益,对宾客满意
度调查产生积极的影响。
3. Assist Front Office Manager in charge of Front Office related training and liaise with HR and achieve reasonable goals in associates’ participation and passing rate.
协助前厅部经理负责前厅部相关的培训并与人力资源部保持联系,在员工参与下达到目标和通过率。
4. Assist Front Office Manager be responsible for all Front Office operations including Front Desk, Concierge, At Your Service and Recreation Center.
协助前厅部经理负责前厅运营包括前台、礼宾、为您服务中心和康体中心。
5. Inspect VIP guest rooms, informs Housekeeping regarding maintenance and repair.
检查贵宾客人房间,通知管家部有关日常维护和修理的事宜。
6. Maintain a closely communication with the Housekeeping department to ensure all guests rooms have been inspected and in a good condition in advance time for the arrival guests.
保持和管家部的紧密沟通,提前安排房间给预到客人,以保障良好的房间状态。
7. Actively promote the hotel income scheme.
积极推行酒店相关增收方案。
8. Achieve Marriot Bonvoy enrollment goals provided by Regional office and maintain activation rate above the goal.
完成由区域总部订立的万豪旅享家会员招募目标,并确保活动率达到集团目标。
9. Develop and regularly update and revise Repeat Guest Program, VIP program.
改进、维护并更新回头客计划和贵宾计划。
10. Ensure Marriott Bonvoy Elite members’ benefits are offered timely and members are recognized.
确保万豪旅享家精英会员的待遇按时送达并被认知。
