1. Well versed on all Brand Standard requirements for Front Desk and related areas. Ensure all Standard Operating Procedure and Local Operating Procedures are adhered to and carried out.

8. Knowing all duties and responsibilities of the Front Office in order to assist associates more efficiently whenever required.

9. Check and ensures that all tasks stated on the associate’s daily operations checklists, are completed before the end of each shift.

10. Ensure key packets for guest are properly packed according to the hotel’s standard and room/s assigned according to guests’ request.
