• Answer phone calls according to standard by using proper telephone etiquette and within three rings.

• Assist to ensure executive lounge/floor area is under smooth operation, including buffet set up, meeting room, business center, guest booking and special guest requests.
帮助确保行政楼层区域顺利营运,包括自助餐的摆放,行政楼层会议室,商务中心,客人预订及客人特殊需要
• Have knowledge of local areas and be informed at all times about cultural, historical attractions as well as their locations and hours of operation.
任何时候都要见多识广的了解本地文化特色,历史及当地有吸引力的地点及营业时间
• Familiar with hotel facilities and outlet operation hours. Provide guest with assistance whenever possible.
了解酒店设施及各部门营业时间,任何时间可以为为需要帮助的客人提供服务
• Have basic knowledge about menu each day; able to serve wine and cocktails.
对菜单有基本了解,可以为客人服务红酒及鸡尾酒
• Check food before serving it to guest to ascertain that appearance, temperature and portions are correct.

• Ensure Executive lounge area is clean and tidy at all time.
