防损部副经理

1. Carry out fire prevention andfire safety work with LP Manager supervision；
在防损经理的直接领导下，开展并完成酒店各项安全及消防防火工作； 2. Bringassociates to take action on necessary training ；
带动部门员工实施各类业务培训（训练）；
3. AssistLP Manager to supervise fire prevention and life safety；
协助防损经理督导检查酒店各部门的安全及消防防火工作情况；
4. Inspectionson the important areas, analyze on problems and find solution；
对各重点部位的安全情况进行检查，分析存在问题提出改进办法，保障安全；
5. Handle associates shiftarrange and guest complains during operation；
处理各班次在运作中所发现的问题和业务投诉；
6. Superviseon associates on duty; be response for associate training and bring requiredsuggestion while needed；
督查各班次在运作中的执行情况，对不良现象予以纠正，对违纪人员进行批评教育，对符合处罚条款的违纪人员应向保安总监提出处理建议；
7. Superviseon shift lead with fire prevention and life safety issue；
督导属下各主管做好各项安全和消防防火工作；
8. Take full departmentresponsibility while LP Manager is away；
如防损经理例休或不在岗时，应主动履行保安经理的职责和义务；
Supervisesdepartment staff to maintain a good personal image according to hotel andSheraton standards;
根据酒店及喜来登的标准，督导部门员工保持良好的个人形象；
