[Job Responsibilities]
1. Be familiar with all the hotel's rules and regulations, service standards and procedures.
2. Maintain a good working relationship with guests, understand their needs in a timely manner and accurately reflect them to relevant departments in a timely fashion.
3. Maintain good working relationships with colleagues and other departments.
4. Be familiar with the locations, business features and operating hours of all kinds of service facilities in the hotel.
5. Be familiar with all kinds of large-scale conferences, banquets and other important events in the hotel, and have a good understanding of the basic situation of local transportation, business, tourism, weather and customs to meet guests' inquiries.
6. Handle messages and inquiries in accordance with service procedures.
[Job Requirements]
1. College degree or above, preferably in hotel management, tourism management, business management or related majors.
2. Excellent English communication skills (required to reach a level of work communication), proficiency in other foreign languages is preferred.
3. Capable of cross-cultural adaptation and able to integrate into an international team work environment.
4. Strong learning ability, enthusiastic about the hotel industry, willing to accept job rotation challenges and grassroots training.
5. Good logical analysis and problem-solving skills, able to adapt to fast-paced work environments.
6. No work experience required, but proof of comprehensive ability through club/internship/project experience during school period is required.
