2、Provide continuous guest service and anticipate guests’needs. 提供持续一致的对客服务和预计客人需求。
3、Assist and guide guests around relaxation area, spa and fitness facilities. 客人使用休息区、水疗及健身设施主动提供协助。
4、 Assist and guide guests to the area they hope to. 帮助或指引客人到他们所需到达的地方。
5、Serve and assist guests with beverages and refreshments. 为客人提供一些饮料和点心。
6、Handle guest complaints. 保证处理客人投诉。
7、Monitor the presentation and cleanliness of the spa continuously. 监督水疗中心环境,确保水疗中心干净、整洁。
8、 The facilities opening and closing procedures must be performed according to the schedule and standard operating procedures. 必须根据标准运营程序开关设备设施。
9、Monitor and maintain the quality and quantity of locker, amenities, linens, beverages and all accessories. 始终留意和保持更衣柜、客用品、布草饮品及所有配件的数量和质量。
10、Notify engineering with all maintenance needs. 通知工程部进行维修。
11、Assist Spa Receptionist and Spa Attendants when needed. 有需要时协助前台和服务员的工作。
12、Perform any task assigned by management. 执行管理层分配的工作。
