Be alert while on duty. Be responsible of safety patrol in hotel areas. Ensure the hotel, guests and staffs’ safety and security. Assist the department to complete the overall
objectives about hotel safety.Develop Waldorf Astoria Hotel enterprise
culture,provide a safe and comfortable environment for the guests.
当值期间保持高度警惕，负责岗位及酒店各区域的安全巡查工作，确保酒店、客人及员工的财产和人身安全，协助部门完成酒店整体安全工作任务目标。发扬华尔道夫酒店企业文化和品牌精神，为客人提供一个安全舒适的消费环境。
1. Strict to the relevant laws and regulations as well as the confidential
system,ensure individual’s behavior in line with the requirement of the
specification.严格遵守国家相关法律法规及保密制度，确保个人行为符合规范要求。
2. Make full sense of hotel customer service and implement it,build a
positive WA image when communicate with guests.充分理解并执行酒店的对客服务理念，与客人交流中建立积极的华尔道夫酒店品牌形象。
3. Keep smooth order of Hotel, fulfill the work dedicatedly, and ensure the
safety of Hotel.维护酒店安全秩序，尽职尽责完成岗位工作，保证酒店安全。
4. Offer necessary assistance and service to
guest.为客人提供帮助和服务。
5. Conduct regular safety patrol, find out any obscuration of accidents,
take necessary measures and report to higher level on time.定期对酒店进行安全巡视，发现安全隐患，及时上报并采取有效措施。
6. Take good care of communication facilities and skillfully operate all
fire control equipment.爱护通讯器材，熟练使用各种消防设施和器材。
7. Record problems during patrolling and report, examine and monitor with
polite once find suspicious personnel and articles.详细记录巡查过程中发现的问题，上报处理，发现可疑人员和事物要礼貌地进行盘查、监控。
8. Be familiar with the locations of hotel fire facilities and equipments
and their operation.熟悉酒店消防设施、设备的位置、操作及使用方法。
9. Strictly carry out shift hand over regulation, cherish position
facilities, make detailed record of work needs to follow up.爱护岗位物品，严格落实交接班制度，对未完成和需跟进的工作要详细记录。
10. Comply with WA employee Handbook
and Hotel policies and procedures.遵守华尔道夫酒店员工手册及相关规章制度。
