1、Complete the BIP financial system & NC system monthly work.完成BIP财务系统及NC系统记账工作。
2、Ensuresthat all reporting responsibilities are completed accurately and on time.所有报告职责准确按时完成。
3、Assist owner to complete audit work.协助完成业主各项审计工作。
4、Complete the financial review of the contract content and follow upthe contract expiration status.完成合同内容财务审核和跟进合同到期状态。
5、Manage and supervise all Fixed Assetsaccording to the P&P of Hotel Fixed Assets.按照固定资产管理政策和程序，管理和监督酒店所有固定资产。
6、Checking the information of the "Fixedassets purchasing /update request" is complete and accurate or not, andassist the using department to finish application for procurement申请采购新的固定资产时，检查固定资产申请表的信息是否完善准确，协助使用部门完成固定资产申购工作。
7、Assistthe using department to receivenew fixed assets, set the only codefor the new asset, and record in the register and subsidiary ledger of thefixed assets according to the receiving records.协助使用部门对新增固定资产进行确认收货，为新增固定资产分配新的唯一的固定资产编码，并根据收货记录登记固定资产登记薄和固定资产明细账。
8、Assist the using department to finish the transfer work of fixed assets, ensure the transfer assets is the same as the "Fixed assets transfer relocating request " , and ensure the transferred assets in good condition.协助使用部门完成固定资产调转工作，现场确认所转移资产和固定资产转移单据上的一致，检查确认所转移资产完好无损。
9、Organize the inventory of fixed assets, confirm all fixed assets existing and intact, check that the code of fixed assets is the same as the code of register or not and ensure the uniqueness of the asset, finish the fixed assets inventory sheet and signed inventory report.组织并协调完成固定资产盘点工作，实地确认所有固定资产确实存在和完好无损，检查固定资产编码与账面记录是否一致，确保固定资产唯一性，与使用部门确认并形成附有签字的固定资产盘点表和盘点报告。
10、Assistthe user department to finish thedisposal of the scrapped fixed assets, check the damage situation of the assetswith the technical department, confirm that the scrapped asset is out of use,ensure the information of asset and the appraisal opinions of technicaldepartment correct in the "Fixed asset disposal request".协助使用部门完成固定资产报废工作，会同技术部门现场检查固定资产损坏情况，确认已无法使用，检查固定资产报废申请表中固定资产信息和技术部门鉴定意见是否完整准确
