工作职责:
The Human Resources Officer assists the Human Resources department by fulfilling various Human Resources functions including, Recruitment and selection, Training & Development, Remuneration, Administration and Reward & Recognition.
在遵循希尔顿集团及酒店政策程序的前提下,协助人力资源部履行各种人力资源相应职责,如招聘、培训、员工关系、薪酬福利、宿舍及员工餐厅的管理,与各部门同事保持良好沟通。
1. Answer and take notes of any calls, giving feedback as necessary and attending to visitors to the HR office.
负责接听来电并做好及时反馈、接待办公室到访人员的安排等。
2. Handle the check in/out process for Level 5 and below Team Members.
负责5级及以下员工入职和离职手续。
3. Takes charge of the filing system at the HR Office and keeps all the files in a good system.
协助办公室内部的档案管理及其他文件的送签审核。
4. Monitors on the using of stationery & printing materials in the Office.
负责文具,纸张等办公用品的补充及发放。
5. Participate in meetings, take meeting minutes and assist to tracking the follow up status as per request.
根据要求参与相应的会议并负责会议纪要及后续的跟进追踪。
6. Positively communicate with team members, join communication meetings to listen to team members’ voice and reply appropriately, promptly sharing any information, suggestions and comments with the HR leaders.
保持和员工的有效沟通,参与员工沟通会,为员工的询问提供准确而正确的回答及解释,且能够对员工反馈的问题提出向上级及时反馈并提出自己的建议。
7. Responsible for the prompt posting and updating of other information in back of house.
负责员工后场主要文化区域的信息的及时更新。
8. Assist with dormitory and locker routine management, such as beds allocation, and check in / out procedures.
负责管理更衣室、倒班宿舍分配及日常的管理。协助宿舍及更衣室管理事务,包括宿舍分配、入住退宿手续等
9. Coordinate team member activities.
协助组织团队成员活动和娱乐活动
10. Design posters, write articles and make other collaterals for HR related activities.
制作人力资源活动相关的宣传推文的撰写、海报或视频等内容的设计。
11. Assist other HR team members in daily work, such as prepare for training, update the HR-Link information, process social insurance monthly payments, etc.
为办公室内部其他相关事情提供帮助,如协助培训工作的前期安排和准备、系统考勤信息的审核、与劳动局对接社保相关申报事务等
12. Coordinate and enhance hotel team members’ grooming and ensure proper behaviours according to hotel policies.
确保每一位员工都遵守酒店的着装及管理制度,确保员工充分的理解并遵守员工手册内容。
13. Ensure that staff facilities and areas, such as the knowledge room, recreation room, etc., are in good condition.
确保员工阅览室和娱乐室及员工宿舍等设施都能正常使用,并符合酒店的卫生标准。
14. Adhere to the hotel’s security and emergency policies and procedures, ensuring that all team members have a complete understanding of and adhere to the hotel’s team member rules and regulations.
坚持酒店安全制度、紧急情况处理规定和程序, 确保员工充分的理解并遵守员工手册内容。
15. The management reserves the right to change / extend this job description if necessary at any point of time during her / his employment.

16. Carries out any other reasonable duties and responsibilities as assigned.
完成任何其他合理的职责和被指派的职责。
任职资格:
1. Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
良好口头及书面沟通技巧。
2. Must possess basic computational ability.
基本掌握计算机技能。
3. Ability to maintain excellent relations with associates and maintain team member and guest confidentiality at all times.
与所有员工保持良好关系,在任何时候保守员工及客人的机密。
4. Fluent written and spoken English.
英文书写及口语流利。
