工程技工 Technician

工作职责：
1.Obey the department and Hotel’s rules.遵守酒店和本部各项规章制度，操作技术规程。
2.Starting work on time, carry out tasks assigned by leaders.按时到达工作岗位，禁止擅自离岗和串岗，服从上级的调度和工作安排。
3.Responsible for equipment operation & maintenance on his own shift.负责本班工作范围内的设备运行操作、维护保养，执行酒店有关经济运作规定。
4.Improve working skills.努力学习，熟悉和掌握本班所管辖设备的各项技术性能和参数以及维护．保养、巡视的内容。
5.Make sure maintenance work were done quickly and with high quality, high quality to done the job, when received a maintenance order.接到工作单后能及时、迅速、保证质量、不留问题完成工作任务，并将维修结果回复。
6.Except the daily work, also can handle the works which crop up unexpected.除了本班管辖设备的日常维护工作，有时完成上级临时下达的工作任务。
7.Supply high quality service, to raise reputation of Hotel.以完美的道德品貌和优质的服务为酒店争取荣誉，树立口碑。
8.Give good suggestion, and make contribution for Hotel.发掘各人的主观能动性，积极开动脑筋，大胆提出合理化建议，为酒店多作贡献。
9.The management reserves the right to change / extend this job description if necessary at any point of time during her / his employment.如有必要，该部门有权更改或补充该职位描述。

任职资格：
1.Familiar with hotel engineering equipment maintenance and repair.熟悉酒店工程设备的维护和保养。
2.Electronic knowledge required.具备电子方面的知识。
3.Possess knowledge of the requirements of government regulations and technical rules.了解掌握政府的要求和技术标准。
4.To be capable of following specifications for hotel services.能够执行酒店服务的要求。
5.Possess knowledge of energy conservation.有节能方面的知识。
