【岗位职责】
1.The incumbent in the position is responsible for managing the corporate accounts or area of coverage assigned to him / her which includes making regular calls to assigned accounts, developing new accounts, negotiating contracts and maintaining good working relations with actual clients in order to meet and exceed the targets set and the overall hotel budget.
负责管理公司客户和地区委派的任务,包括日常的销售拜访,发展新客户,谈判合同和与客户保持良好的工作关系以取得并超过整个酒店的预算目标。
2.Responsible for the preparation of official letters, memos, briefings, official documents and other documents, after the approval of the department manager issued.
负责拟写公函、便函、简报及公文等文件,经部门经理审批后外发。
3.Responsible for organizing and keeping all sales promotion, all kinds of information, all kinds of forms and other relevant documents of the department.
负责整理并保管部门所有营业推销、各类信息资料、各种表格及其他有关文件。
【岗位要求】
1· Minimum of 2 years Sales management experience
至少2年的酒店销售经验
2· A strong understanding of overall hotel business
有很强的星级酒店市场及生意拓展理念
3· Ability to study, analyze and interpret complex activities and/or information in order to improve new practices or develop new approaches
具有很强的学习能力,分析和解释复杂的活动和/或信息,以提高新的实践和发展的新方法
4· Strong oral and written communication skills
较强的口头和书面沟通能力
