工程部主管 Engineering Supervisor

MAJOR RESPONSIBILIES 岗位概要:
1. Inspect the major equipment on the spot in the morning, at noon and at night, take immediate measure to rectify any deficiency or incident happened.
早、午、晚班对系统主要设备现场检查，发现问题立即组织处理。
2. To receive, dispatch and follow up of all repair and job orders, maintenance orders.
接受，分配并且跟进所有的工作单和维修单。
3. Recording daily in Log-books of all maintenance and repair work completed, and uncompleted reason in special note book.
在日常的记录本上记录下所有完成的维修工作，未完成的要注明原因。
4. Trouble-shooting, operation, repair and maintenance of .
故障查找，操作，修理并且保养。
JOB SPECIFICATION 岗位要求:
1. Know hotel ENG related operation procedures and knowledge.
了解酒店工程相关程序和知识。
2. Have good communication ability.
具有良好的沟通能力。
3. Should have 3 years ENG experience in hotel and relevant area.
拥有三年以上酒店或相关行业工程部工作经验。
