MAJOR RESPONSIBILIES 岗位概要:
Director of Marketing Communication supervises the Marcom Department to ensure all daily tasks are completed in a timely fashion. Assists the Director of Sales & Marketing in the development of Sales & Marketing plans and budget preparation.
To project the correct image and positioning of the Hotel and Brand in local, national and overseas markets through appropriate Marketing/PR/Media activities. Plan and achieve hotel Marcom goal via appropriate marketing plan and continuous communication with media, local communities, chamber of commerce, clients and Marriott Corporate offices.

JOB SPECIFICATION 岗位要求:
1. Extensive knowledge of the hotel and facilities.
有丰富的关于酒店及其设施的知识。
2. Excellent written and spoken English & Chinese, able to write articles.
良好的中英文口、书写能力,并有撰写文章的能力。
3. Must be able to communicate and exhibit good image of the hotel in public
能够在公众场合展示并代表酒店的良好形象。
4. Excellent organization skills.
要有成功组织宣传会议和公众活动的组织能力。
5. Able clearly and effectively communicate with hotel associates and public, especially media, to deliver the appropriate message.
能够简明有效地与酒店员工和媒体沟通交流,传递出正确适当的信息。
6. Must be detail orientated with outstanding organizational and flexible management skills excellent creativity.
必须有出色的细节管理和灵活变通管理的能力、出色的创造力。
7. Minimum 3 years of related work experience in international chain hotel, Marketing or Public Relation consulting firms.
至少3年在国际酒店集团、市场或公关公司工作及管理岗位的经验。
