MAJOR RESPONSIBILIES 岗位概要:
1. Be responsible for assisting director of event management and event managers handling the effective control of his and her time. day-to-day affairs, answering a call and politely asked the caller's name and departments. Helping guests and to meet their needs.

2. Participate in regular meetings and records.

3. Tracing files to insure proper finalization of program.

4. Ensure that all banquet activities alone have been saved in the banquet co-coordinating director of the tracking file.

JOB SPECIFICATION 岗位要求:
1. Demonstrated excellent communication and hospitality skills.

2. Be able to use computer word/excel
