2、同销售部紧密联系,确保适当的营销组合,并达到客房收入的最大化。
Liaises closely with Sales and Marketing Department, ensuring the propermarket mix and achievingmaximumroom revenue.
3、同所有大部门经理紧密合作,以确保对来店团队,VIP客人和散客进行准确和及时的服务。
Liaises closely with all Department Heads to ensure accurate and prompthandling of incoming groups, VIPs and FIT guests.
4、定期对酒店各区域和建筑物周边进行检查,以确保其干净整洁和住店客人的舒适,并确保客房和公共区域所提供的各种用品和摆设符合标准。
Periodically inspects all hotel areas and building premises to ensurecleanliness and comfort for hotel guests is maintained and that all standardsof amenities and touches are provided in rooms and public areas.

Coordinates all activities related to the achievement of guestsatisfaction.
6、定期监控和分析竞争对手的商业活动和趋势。
Monitors and analyses the activities and business trends of competitorhotels on a regular basis.
7、同旅行社、当地公司和航空公司保持良好的合作关系。
Maintains a close relationship with travel agencies, local businessgroups and airlines.
8、计划和实行有效的向上推销活动,通过有效的房价管理确保房间收入最大化。
Plans and implements effective upselling activities to ensure maximumroom revenue through effective rate management.
9、宴请常住客人和潜在客户。
Entertains frequent and potential customers.
10、确保酒店的安全和保安程序,包括消防安全、客人及员工的人身安全和财产安全保障程序等,被有效地制定、执行和评估。
Ensures the hotel’s safety and securityprocedures, including fire safety, guest, employee and asset protection etc.,are developed, implemented, and evaluated property.
11、同总经理和财务部总监紧密合作,制定和不断更新房务部预算,以确保达成营运目标,并有效控制成本。
Prepares and regularly updates Rooms Departmental Budget in closecooperation with the General Manager and Director of Finance, ensuring targetsare met and costs are effectively controlled.
