【职位描述】
全面负责酒店日常运营管理工作,制定并执行运营策略,确保各部门高效协同运作;
Overall responsible for the daily operation management of the hotel, formulate and implement operational strategies, and ensure the efficient collaboration and operation of all departments.
监督酒店服务质量标准执行,持续优化服务流程,提升客户满意度及品牌美誉度;
Supervise the implementation of hotel service quality standards, continuously optimize service processes, and enhance customer satisfaction and brand reputation.
统筹房务部和餐饮部等核心部门的运营指标管理,制定并达成年度经营预算;
Coordinate the operation indicators management of core departments such as Rooms and Food&Beverage, and formulate and achieve the annual business budget.
建立完善运营管理制度及应急预案,主导处理重大运营突发事件;
Establish a complete operation management system and emergency response plan, and take the lead in handling major operational emergencies.
分析市场动态及竞争对手数据,定期提交运营分析报告并提出改进方案;
Analyze market trends and competitor data, regularly submit operational analysis reports and propose improvement plans;
负责跨部门资源协调,推动市场营销、人力资源等支持部门的协作落地;
Responsible for coordinating cross-departmental resources and promoting the implementation of collaboration among support departments such as marketing and human resources.
督导能源管理、设备维护及卫生安全体系的合规执行;
Supervise the compliance execution of the energy management, equipment maintenance and hygiene safety systems;
【岗位要求】
1、10年以上高星级酒店管理经验,其中5年以上同岗位管理经验;
2、精通酒店前厅、客房、餐饮等核心部门运营标准及管理流程;
3、具备出色的数据分析能力,熟练使用Opera等酒店管理系统;
4、具备敏锐的市场洞察力及危机处理能力,有成功运营案例者优先。
