F&B Sales Manager/Senior F&B Sales Manager 餐饮销售经理/资深餐饮销售经理

Primary Responsibilities主要职责
·Good at F&B digital sales and broadcast skills, F&B products exposure and display in all platforms and new channels, inclusive of live stream.
·Banquet Sales and follow up.
·Weekly Banquet Sales Plan & Report and Monthly FB Digital Sales Plan & Report to DOSM.
·Complete monthly goals: F&B digital goal, Banquet Goal& Outlets Goals
·擅长数字营销、餐饮产品线上销售及传播、美团产品展示销售、官微数字营销、官方粉丝维护，包括但不限于直播带货等。
·宴会销售及跟进，完成月度目标。
·宴会销售周报（含计划）及月度数字营销月报汇报（含计划）给市场销售总监.
·完成宴会、餐饮数字营销任务及餐厅销售任务。
Knowledge and Experience知识和经验
·Minimum of 2 years Sales management experience
·A strong understanding of overall hotel business
·Ability to study, analyze and interpret complex activities and/or information in order to improve new practices or develop new approaches
·Must have the ability to understand local markets that affect the business of the hotel
·Strong oral and written communication skills
·Ability to communicate at all levels
·Ability to train and develop new team members
·Computer skills (word processing, spreadsheet, and presentation software)
·Language skills: English and Mandarin Chinese
