Primary Responsibilities主要职责
·Ensure that all maintenance and preventive maintenance plans are carried out on time during the shift.
·Accept, assign and follow up all work lists and repair orders.
·Handle technical drawings, stock records and inventory.
·Fault finding, operation, repair and maintenance to ensure that all equipment in the area is clean and working properly.
·Under the premise of ensuring safe operation and business style, nees to save energy consumption and pay attention to the new concept of environmental protection.
·Supervise the construction of major maintenance and improvement projects, control the quality and progress.
·Assist external construction units in the construction of the hotel to ensure the quality.
·确保所有的维修和预防维修计划都在该班内按时执行。
·接受，分配并且跟进所有的工作单和维修单。
·处理技术图纸，以及备货的记录和库存。
·故障查找，操作，修理并且保养，确保区域内所有设备的清洁和正常工作。
·在保证安全运行和营业格调的前提下，力图节省能耗，注重环境保护的新概念。
·督导重要维修及增改工程施工，控制质量与进度。
·协助外施工单位在本酒店的施工，保证工程质量。
Knowledge and Experience知识和经验
·College degree or above; At least 2 years working experience.
·Master the basic knowledge of technology and AC equipment.
·Can fully understand the management consciousness of the supervisor, organize and direct the implementation of the work plan, to ensure the normal operation of the department.
·Have a strong sense of professionalism and responsibility and cooperation spirit, impartially, do not seek personal gains.
·Healthy and energetic.
·大专以上文化程度；2年以上同岗位工作经验。
·必须掌握技术及暖通工程设备的基础知识。
·能充分领会工上级的经营意识，能组织和指挥本岗位工作计划的实施，确保工程部的正常运转。
·有强烈的事业心与责任心和配合精神，秉公办事，不谋私利。
·身体健康，精力充沛。
