Primary Responsibilities主要职责
·Hotel product sales, including but not limited to room sales, food and beverage sales, and SPA product sales.
·Develop annual, quarterly, and monthly sales plans based on annual sales targets and market segmentation.
·Understand the local business, association, and government market in Haikou, including accommodation, food and beverage, and banquet requirements, as well as customer booking habits and methods.
·Maintain existing clients, handle VIP reception, and plan events.
·Develop clients in the Haikou and surrounding business market.
·Develop markets for out-of-town groups and conferences, including telephone sales and occasional business trips.
·Sales reporting: daily, weekly, monthly, and annual reports.
·酒店产品销售,包括不限于客房销售、餐饮和SPA产品销售;
·根据全年销售任务和市场行业划分,合理制定年度、季度、月度销售计划;
·了解海口本地商务、协会和政府市场对酒店住宿、餐饮及宴会需求、接受客户预订行为习惯及预订方式;
·现有客户维护、VIP接待、活动策划等;
·海口及周边商务市场客户开发;
·岛外团队和会议市场开发,电话销售及偶尔出差要求;
·销售报告:日报、周报、月报及年报。
Knowledge and Experience知识和经验
·Strong sales skills: ability to plan, conduct sales visits, gather and provide feedback, customize team or conference reception plans, excellent sales and negotiation skills, communication skills, ability to create and deliver PowerPoint presentations, ability to handle priority tasks independently.
·Maintain a positive attitude, effective emotional management, understand and convey brand value.
·Minimum of three years of sales experience, with at least one year in a similar position.
·良好的销售技能:计划、销售拜访、信息收集及反馈、定制团队或会议接待方案、优秀的销售技能和谈判技巧、沟通技能技巧、PPT的制作和展示能力、独自处理优先事项的能力。
·良好的销售品质:时刻保持积极心态、良好的情绪管理、理解并传递品牌价值;
·三年以上销售经历,同岗位工作1年以上。
