HAVC Supervisor 空调主管

Primary Responsibilities 主要职责
· To respond to job assignments in the repairing, installation, preventive maintenance and day to day operation of all HVAC system in a productive and cost effective manner so as to operate the system in a most efficient and optimum condition.
· To execute preventive maintenance and repair in accordance with the guideline by duty engineer and manufacturer's recommendations.
· To execute all works assigned in accordance with the guideline and policies and procedures, especially in relation to fire and life safety.
· To maintain tools and equipment properly and keep the workplace cleans and tidy.
· To perform shift and overtime duties when necessary.
· To perform daily water treatment in accordance with water treatment specialist recommendation.
· 接受工程部安排的维修任务，以高效率、低成本的工作方式对酒店的中央空调系统进行安装、预防性的日常维修保养，时刻确保空调系统得以高效正常的运行。
· 按照值班工程师的要求和设备的说明书对空调机组进行预防性的维修和保养。
· 按照既定的政策和法规、工作程序与标准、消防规范执行上级安排的工作。
· 保持维修工具、设备和工作区域的清洁。
· 开展本班次工作和必要时延时工作。
· 每日按照水处理规程的要求执行水处理工作。
Knowledge and Experience 知识和经验
· Good knowledge and hand on skills of HVAC system operation, repair and maintenance.
· Knowledge and skill of repair and maintenance of refrigeration system, cold room, etc.
· Knowledge of absorption chiller operation and maintenance.
· Technical vocational institute training in HVAC and refrigeration.
· Min3-5 years working experience in HVAC system preferably with hotel.
· Basis Mechanical & Electrical knowledge.
· Skill of electrical & gas welding will be advantage.
· Skill of pipe work installation.
· 熟悉中央空调系统，掌握中央空调的操作规程和维修保养程序。
· 精通冷冻系统和冷藏室的维修和保养工作。
· 熟练操作吸收式冷水机组并懂得如何进行维修保养。
· 在职业技术学校毕业受过中央空调和冷冻系统方面的培训。
· 至少3-5年中央空调系统的工作经验，有在酒店工作经验者优先。
· 掌握初级机械和电力方面的知识。
· 有水电焊技能者优先。
· 有管道安装技术。
